abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of an automatic-cleaning heat insulation and heat reflection fluorocarbon coating. The method comprises the following steps: 1, sequentially adding fluorocarbon resin, a part of a solvent and a dispersant into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring above added substances; 2, sequentially adding the dispersant and a pigment into the stirrer, fully stirring above substances until the substances are uniform, and grinding the uniform substances to obtain a ground slurry; 3, placing the ground slurry in the stirrer, adding a heat insulation filler, an antifoaming agent, a leveling agent and an anti-pollution assistant in a stirring state, and uniformly stirring all above substances; 4, sequentially adding a rheological assistant and the remaining solvent after the slurry is dispersed, and uniformly stirring all above substances to obtain a coating main agent; and 5, individually packaging a curing agent to obtain a coating curing agent. The automatic-cleaning heat insulation and heat reflection fluorocarbon coating has the advantages of low VOCs, facilitation of discharge of the VOCs, environment improvement, good heat insulation and heat reflection performances, effective saving of resources, cost reduction and economy benefit increase. |
