titleOfInvention Cross-linking agent capable of increasing heat resisting temperature of silicone rubber and preparation method of cross-linking agent
abstract The invention provides a cross-linking agent capable of increasing the heat resisting temperature of silicone rubber and a preparation method of the cross-linking agent, and relates to a cross-linking agent and a preparation method thereof. The cross-linking agent is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of a silane coupling agent, 10-30 parts of methyl vinyl silicone oil, 10-30 parts of a quinone compound, 10-30 parts of a ketone compound and 10-20 parts of an initiator. The heat resistance of polysiloxane is good due to the unique structure of organic silicone, the heat resistance of a phenyl structure can be improved along with increasing of benzene rings in molecules, and therefore novel vinylsilane containing organic silicone and the phenyl structure can improve the heat resistance of the silicone rubber when the silicone rubber is initiated to generate cross-linking. Through experimental verification, a product prepared from the silicone rubber cross-linking agent and raw silicone rubber can be used for a long time in an environment at the temperature of 320 DEG C to 350 DEG C, and the tear strength can reach 31 KN/m or above.
