titleOfInvention | Method for extracting chondroitin sulfate from sturgeon fish bone, chondroitin sulfate extracted by this method and application |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for extracting chondroitin sulfate, in particular to a method for extracting chondroitin sulfate from sturgeon by a dilute alkali-enzymatic hydrolysis method. Add 3% NaOH solution to the cartilage, the ratio of material to liquid is 1:6 (g/ml), extract at 35°C for 2h, then take the supernatant, add 3% (g/ml) NaCl, and let stand at 90°C for 20min ,filter. It was then digested with trypsin. The extraction method of the invention greatly increases the content of the active ingredient hexosamine in the product. In addition, chondroitin sulfate (CS) is linked to serine residues of protein molecules through oligosaccharides. Therefore, in the dilute alkali-enzymatic hydrolysis method, due to the specificity of the peptide chain hydrolyzed by the enzyme, the released chondroitin sulfate may still remain. Multiple amino acid residues or polypeptides are attached. In the extraction method of the present invention, a step of heating up and salting out is added, the dosage of protease is reduced, and the production cost is reduced, so that the problem of high nitrogen content of the product is solved to a certain extent. |
