The invention relates to a vibrant mouth mask with a replaceable filter layer. The vibrant mouth mask includes a filling layer (1), a semi-closed cavity is formed in the filling layer, and is filled with a filter layer (2), and a veneer layer (3) is arranged on the inner side of the filling layer. An antibacterial layer (4) is disposed outside the filling layer. The back of the veneer layer is provided with a lining fabric layer, the lining fabric layer consists of a base cloth body layer of printed fabric and a lining layer attached to the bottom of the base cloth body, the base cloth body is formed by interweaving of warp yarns and weft yarns and has slanting lines, a hot-melt adhesive layer is arranged between the lining layer and the base cloth body layer, a fluff layer is attached to the surface of the base cloth body layer, and an ink printing layer is disposed on the fluff layer.
