titleOfInvention Elastic fluorocarbon coating
abstract The invention provides an elastic fluorocarbon coating, which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight part, 30-45 parts of a fluorocarbon resin, 20-25 parts of pigment, 10-20 parts of a filling material, 5-20 parts of a solvent, 0-2 parts of a dispersant, 0-2 parts of a leveling agent, 0-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of an elastic resin, 1-5 parts of a rheological additive, and 10-15 parts of a curing agent. The coating can make a coated object have an anti-aging protective life no less than 25 years. The coating is low in VOC, conforms to the stipulation that consumption tax of a solvent-based coating is exempted, and is beneficial for energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental improvement. The coating is excellent in toughness and elasticity, is suitable for positions, surfaces of which are prone to crack, of bridge concrete surfaces, tunnels and piers, and goes for other building surfaces needing water resistance and corrosion prevention.
