abstract |
The invention belongs to the technical field of membrane materials, and discloses a SPEEK spontaneous asymmetric gas component adjustment membrane as well as its preparation and application. The preparation method is as follows: react PEEK with concentrated H2SO4 under the condition of stirring and 40-60°C for 5-7 hours to obtain a crude product, wash and dry the crude product to obtain SPEEK; then dissolve SPEEK in an organic solvent to obtain a casting film liquid; the casting solution was dried on a flat plate, then immersed in distilled water at room temperature, taken out and dried to obtain the SPEEK spontaneous asymmetric gas component adjustment membrane. The SPEEK obtained by the invention has good solubility, greatly improves its film-forming conditions, reduces the film-making cost and technical requirements, and the obtained SPEEK film has good air-conditioning effect and can be used for fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables. |
