titleOfInvention | Germination technology for promoting seed rice to germinate through using germination agent |
abstract | The invention discloses germination technology for promoting seed rice to germinate through using a germination agent. The method adopted for seed freezing in the step (1) comprises soaking seeds in clear water with the temperature of 4-7 DEG C and using low temperature to quickly kill diseases and pests in seeds. A pesticide solution in the step (3) is a sodium hydroxide solution, and a pesticide is used for further killing diseases, pests and bacteria. A germination bed in the step (4) comprises a base bed, an air-permeable layer and a nutrient layer, wherein the air-permeable layer is a germination bed made from soil, sand and filter paper that are laid layer by layer. The germination bed can provide nutrient substances for seed germination, and the air-permeable layer can complement oxygen during a seed germination process and is beneficial for seed germination. In the step (4), the cultivation temperature in darkness is 18 DEG C, and the cultivation temperature in light is 28 DEG C. The ideal germination effect is achieved through different temperature arrangement cooperating with light condition. |
