titleOfInvention Manufacturing method for warm keeping warp knitting lace fabric
abstract The invention relates to a manufacturing method for warm keeping warp knitting lace fabric. The warm keeping warp knitting lace fabric is of a three-layer structure divided into a surface layer, a warm keeping layer and a hollow fiber bottom layer. The surface layer is made from conventional polyester fiber. The warm keeping layer is made from warm keeping fiber. The hollow fiber bottom layer is made from hollow polyester fiber of which the hollowness degree is 30%. The manufacturing method for the keeping warp knitting lace fabric comprises the steps that the warm keeping fiber, the conventional polyester fiber and the hollow polyester fiber serve as the raw materials; the three-dimensional warp knitting lace process is adopted; the warm keeping fiber and the conventional polyester fiber are subjected to warp knitting interweaving, so that the surface layer and the warm keeping layer are connected; and meanwhile, the warm keeping fiber and the hollow polyester fiber are subjected to warp knitting interweaving, so that the hollow fiber bottom layer and the warm keeping layer are connected. According to the manufacturing method for the warm keeping warp knitting lace fabric, the three-dimensional warp knitting layers are designed, the fibers of a hollow structure are used as the raw materials, and the warm keeping structure of the fabric is improved; meanwhile, the warm keeping fiber with a far infrared absorption function is used as the middle warm keeping layer; and the warm keeping warp knitting lace fabric prepared through the three-dimensional warp knitting structure has excellent warm keeping effect and structural strength.
