titleOfInvention Method for separating arsenic and recycling stibium with high-arsenic and stibium smoke vulcanization method
abstract The invention relates to a method for separating arsenic and recycling stibium with a high-arsenic and stibium smoke vulcanization method, which belongs to the technical field of comprehensive recycling and utilization of resources and environmental protection. The method for separating arsenic and recycling stibium with the high-arsenic and stibium smoke vulcanization method comprises the steps of grinding high-arsenic and stibium smoke and vulcanizing agents, then uniformly mixing, vulcanizing and calcining under inert gas protection so as to volatilize to remove arsenic, so that arsenic containing smoke is obtained, continuously heating after arsenic is removed, so that stibium is recycled, and performing dust collection on the smoke in the stage, so that stibium recycling is completed. According to the method, hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity of arsenic and stibium and the characteristics of different volatilities of sulfides and oxides are fully used, so that the problem of separating arsenic and stibium from the high-arsenic and stibium smoke is solved.
