abstract | The object is to provide a liquid softener composition which uses a perfume having high hydrophobicity as a free perfume (a perfume not contained in an capsule), improves the dispersibility of an encapsulated perfume, and suppresses the deterioration of coating peeling. The following liquid softener composition can be provided, which contains the following components (a) to (D): (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of amine compounds having 1 to3 hydrocarbon groups having 10 to 26 carbon atoms which are interrupted or not interrupted by an ester group and/or an amide group, salts thereof, and quaternary ammonium compounds thereof in the molecule, (B) an encapsulated perfume, (C) a perfume composition not encapsulated, wherein the perfume composition contains 25% by mass or more of perfume components having a ClogP value of 5 or more based on the total mass of the perfume composition, and (D) a water-soluble polymer compound. |
