titleOfInvention Coupling-modified-fullerene-added aluminum hydroxide composite cable material
abstract The invention discloses a coupling-modified-fullerene-added aluminum hydroxide composite cable material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 35-40 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 0.1-0.12 part of stearic acid, 5-6 parts of calcium benzoate, 0.8-1 part of methyl tin mercaptide heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.3 part of titanate coupling agent 131, 19-20 parts of epoxy soybean oil, 2-2.5 parts of silicone oil, 9-10 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 1-2 parts of fullerene powder, 0.8-1 part of silane coupling agent KH550 and a right amount of anhydrous ethanol. The composite thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer/polyvinyl chloride composite cable material has the advantages of favorable toughness and favorable aging resistance. The small amount of added filler can satisfy the demands for heat oxygen stability and flame retardancy, and lowers the adverse effects on the mechanical properties and processability of the cable material.
