titleOfInvention Polyurethane elastomer and polyvinyl chloride composite cable material keeping off termites and moths
abstract The invention discloses a polyurethane elastomer and polyvinyl chloride composite cable material keeping off termites and moths. The polyurethane elastomer and polyvinyl chloride composite cable material is prepared from, by weight, 60-65 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers, 35-40 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 0.1-0.12 part of stearic acid, 5-6 parts of calcium benzoate, 0.8-1 part of methyl tin mercaptide thermal stabilizer, 0.2-0.3 part of titanate coupling agent 131, 19-20 parts of soybean oil epoxide, 2-3 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 2-3 parts of fenvalerate, 6-7 parts of zeolite molecular sieve, 2-3 parts of imidacloprid, 0.8-1 part of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, an appropriate amount of deionized water and 1-1.3 parts of gamma-chloropropyl triethoxy silane. The manufactured cable material has good mechanical properties, has good effects of keeping off and killing the termites and moths and can be used outdoors, damage to the cable is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
