The composite cable material is prepared from raw materials by following weight part: 60-65 of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 35-40 of polyvinyl chloride, 0.1-0.2 of stearic acid, 5-6 of calcium benzoate, 0.8-1 of methyltin mercaptide heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.3 of titanate coupling agent 1310, 19-20 of epoxidized soybean oil, 2-3 of ditetracarbon alcohol ester, 0.5-0.7 of antioxygen 1010, 9-10 of 100 mesh rubber powder, 2-3 of brominated butyl rubber, 2-3 of rosin, 5-6 of garlic juice 50wt% in concentration and 1.5-2 of coumarone resin. The prepared composite cable material has good elasticity and toughness, and simultaneously has excellent tensile strength, uses the raw materials which are environmental protection materials, is friendly to environment, and prepared by adopting technology easy to industrially control, and is good in processing ability, and worthy of popularization.
