A steel angle fixing rack is formed by fixedly welding a plurality of steel angles. Automatic feeding systems are arranged at the two sides of the steel angle fixing rack. Safety baffles are arranged at the two sides of the automatic feeding systems, and the number of the safety baffles is two. The safety baffles are formed by bending stainless steel plates, and the bending angle ranges from 90 degrees to 122 degrees. A cutting system is located on the upper portion of the steel angle fixing rack. A feeding system wheel track adjusting device is located on the front surface of a graphic position of the steel angle fixing rack. A PLC control center is arranged on the upper surface of the steel angle fixing rack.
