abstract The invention relates to a compound feed for adult prawns and a usage method thereof. The compound feed for the adult prawns is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cuttlefish powder, 25-35 parts of fishmeal, 10-15 parts of peanut meal, 2-5 parts of seaweed powder, 5-15 parts of fish oil, 3-7 parts of disease resistance substances and 2-4 parts of vitamins; the disease resistance substances comprise the following raw materials: 2-5 parts of disease resistance element AAS, 0.5-1.5 parts of anti-microbial peptides, 0.5-1.5 parts of nucleotide and 0.3-0.8 part of immune polysaccharides; and the vitamins comprise the following raw materials: 1-3 parts of compound vitamins, 2-5 parts of high-stability film VC and 0.2-0.5 part of trace elements. The usage method of the compound feed for the adult prawns comprises the following steps: feeding the feed into relatively deep water in the daytime at a feeding amount accounting for 30-40% of the daily feeding amount; and feeding the feed into relatively shallow water in the night at a feeding amount accounting for 60-70% of the daily feeding amount. The compound feed for the adult prawns is capable of activating the autoimmune systems of the prawns and improving disease resistance; moreover, the compound feed is green and environmentally friendly.
