abstract The invention discloses a novel seedling-exercising-free tree-tying cultivation method of dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings, and belongs to the field of agricultural plantation. The planting technology is applicable during the period of October to next March. The method comprises the following steps of: cleaning dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings with tap water, drying the seedlings, then tying the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings onto living tree stems being subjected to impurity removal and insecticidal and sterilized treatment; fixing the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings onto the tree stems with a nonwoven fabric in a winding manner according to a planting specification, spraying clean water onto the whole tree, fixing roots of the trees, wrapping the tree stems with transparent agricultural film in a winding manner, opening the agricultural film for ventilation for 10 to 15 min every 3 to 5 days, spraying, wrapping the tree stems into an original shape after the tree stems are slightly dried, repeatedly carrying out the management and protection work, gradually removing the film 2 months later, and carrying out the water-fertilizer integrated management according to the situation 6 months later. The novel seedling-exercising-free tree-tying cultivation method of the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings reduces a seedling exercising step of the dendrobium officinale tissue culture seedlings, shortens the cultivation time, and improves the production efficiency.
