A coarse particle crusher is arranged inside a chimney, and is connected to one end of a heating and sampling tube; the other end of the heating and sampling tube is connected into a diluting and mixing bin; a Venturi flow meter is arranged inside the heating and sampling tube; an airflow uniformly distributing plate is arranged inside the diluting and mixing bin; the airflow uniformly distributing plate is vertical to the heating and sampling tube; the heating and sampling tube runs through the airflow uniformly distributing plate; a bypass tube is arranged on one side, away from an inlet of the heating and sampling tube, of the airflow uniformly distributing plate; the distance between the bypass tube and the airflow uniformly distributing plate is 1.5 times of the diameter of the diluting and mixing bin; one end of the bypass tube stretches out of the diluting and mixing bin, and is connected with a bypass filter and a fan successively; a diluted air intake pipeline is further arranged outside the diluting and mixing bin; a pressure controller, a filtering chamber, an orifice plate flow meter and a proportioning valve are arranged on the pipeline successively; thereafter, the diluted air intake pipeline is connected into a space formed by the airflow uniformly distributing plate and the bin wall of the diluting and mixing bin on the inlet side of the heating and sampling tube.
