titleOfInvention | Anti-fatigue bending UV light-cured powder coating |
abstract | Anti-fatigue bending UV light-cured powder coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of polyadipic acid-1,4-butanediol esterdiol, 10-16 parts of polyaniline, 10-35 parts of dicyclopentadiene, 1-9 parts of trimethylolpropane, 10-12 parts of carboxyl resin, 3-7 parts of paraffin, 2-4 parts of copper sulfide, 1-3 parts of iron sulfide, 40-50 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 15-20 parts of a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-allyl benzene copolymer, 20-30 parts of trifluoroalkylsiloxane, 10-12 parts of gravel powder, 4-9 parts of triglycidyl isocyanurate, 2-6 parts of starch, 1-5 parts of a catalyst, 1-7 parts of furan dicarboxylic acid, 9-19 parts of isocyanurate and 1-3 parts of boron trifluoride. Through matching of the carboxyl resin with a low acid value and other components, the bending resistance of the anti-fatigue bending UV light-cured powder coating is enhanced, so that scaling after repeated bending can be avoided. |
