titleOfInvention | Tungsten-based graphene light bulb |
abstract | The invention discloses a tungsten-based graphene light bulb. The tungsten-based graphene light bulb comprises a main tungsten filament, a graphene film layer, a secondary tungsten filament, a positive thermistor, a negative thermistor, a lampwick column, a bulb shell and a bulb holder; the tungsten-based graphene light bulb is characterized in that the graphene film layer is adhered to the main tungsten filament; one end of the main tungsten filament is connected with one metal wire of the lampwick column while the other end of the main tungsten filament is connected with another metal wire of the lampwick column through the negative thermistor; the secondary tungsten filament and the main tungsten filament are arranged in parallel; one ends of the secondary tungsten filament and the main tungsten filament are welded on the metal wires of the lampwick column in parallel while the other ends of the secondary tungsten filament and the main tungsten filament are connected with a third metal wire of the lampwick column through the positive thermistor; the main tungsten filament and the secondary tungsten filament are packaged in the bulb shell; the bulb shell and the lampwick column are melted, pressed and packaged; the bulb shell is vacuumized and then sealed; the bulb shell and the bulb holder are glued together; and the metal wall and meal contacts of the bulb holder are welded on electrode wires of the lampwick column respectively to form the tungsten-based graphene light bulb. |
