titleOfInvention | Ink with high dispersion stability and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an ink with high dispersion stability and a preparation method thereof. The ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 to 45 parts of graphene, 25 to 35 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 18 to 22 parts of S1 type alkyl phosphate, 14 to 16 parts of isobornyl acrylate, 20 to 30 parts of polyethylene glycol, 6 to 8 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5 to 7 parts of photo-initiator, 4 to 6 parts of dispersing agent, and 2 to 4 parts of emulsifier. The UV absorption peaks of graphene are in 270 nm, the graphene particles are small, and the graphene has a certain physical modification effect. Color paste can be well dispersed in resin, has a certain modifying effect on resin at the same time, and barely affects the light curing speed. The color paste stability is guaranteed, meanwhile, the content of surfactant on the color past is effectively reduced, and thus the ink has a good compatibility and an excellent rheological adjusting performance. The stability of carbon black particle dispersed system is well supported, the writing performance of the neutral ink is improved, a high speed shearing technology is adopted to reduce the particle size of pigment continuously, and a good dynamic balance is achieved between the dispersing effect and the agglomeration effect. |
