The invention discloses a composite cable material with glycine and calcium bromide compound particles added. The composite cable material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers, 35-40 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 0.1-0.12 parts of stearic acid, 5-6 parts of calcium benzoate, 0.8-1 part of a methyltin mercaptide heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.3 parts of a titanate coupling agent, 19-20 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 1.5-2 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 5-6 parts of glycine, 2-3 parts of calcium bromide, a proper amount of deionized water and 0.8-1 part of acrylic polyethers. The composite cable material is prepared from safe and environment-friendly raw materials, industrial batch production is facilitated by means of an adopted process, and a prepared cable is outstanding in comprehensive performance, abrasion resistant, anti-tearing, stretch-proof, not easy to corrode and long in service life. |
