titleOfInvention | Flame retardation PVC tube and production method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a flame retardation PVC tube and a production method thereof. The PVC tube comprises, by mass, 45-55 parts of PVC resin, 35-45 parts of light calcium carbonate, 0.5-1 part of a silane coupling agent, 1-5 parts of a stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of paraffin, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.5-1.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts of aluminum hydroxide and 0.5-1 part of carbon black. The production method comprises the following steps: sequentially putting above components in a stirring cylinder according to corresponding proportions, stirring the components for 3 min, and sequentially carrying out heating, coextrusion, cooing, traction and cutting molding to obtain the flame retardation PVC tube. The PVC tube has the advantages of high surface hardness and tensile strength, good ageing resistance, long normal service life reaching 50 years or above, excellent acid, alkali and corrosion resistance, suitableness for industrial sewage discharge and conveying, and excellent fire and flame retardation performances. |
