titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of amino-modified polysiloxane
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of amino-modified polysiloxane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) by taking polysiloxane double-terminated with epoxy-carbonyl and diethylenetriamine as raw materials, and isopropyl alcohol as a solvent, performing a reaction for 2-3 hours at 80-85 DEG C in the presence of an inert gas, so as to obtain modified polysiloxane; and (2) mixing the modixed polysiloxane with a fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier, adding deionized water, performing emulsification, and adjusting the pH value of an emulsion to be 6-8 by using acetic acid, thereby obtaining a modified polysiloxane emulsion. The amino-modified polysiloxane disclosed by the invention is high in stability, free of floating oil and small in average emulsion particle size, and the hydrophilicity and the whiteness value can be remarkably improved when the amino-modified polysiloxane is used in textile finishing.
