titleOfInvention | Isocyanate prepolymer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an isocyanate prepolymer and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps of preparing an addition product by reacting a specific combination polyhydroxy compound with isocyanate, adding a catalyst into the addition product for reaction to generate isocyanurate, and simultaneously reducing the content of isocyanate monomers in a system, wherein the solid content of a finally prepared isocyanate prepolymer is 70-80 wt%, preferably 75-77 wt%, and the content of the isocyanate monomers is less than 0.5 wt%. The isocyanate prepolymer prepared by the method has low content of isocyanate monomer, and has simple process and low cost compared with the traditional film evaporator method, solvent extraction method and the like; the isocyanate prepolymer prepared by the invention can be used for priming paint and matte finishing paint, and has the characteristics of high drying speed and good extinction property. |
