The luminescent material of the present invention has a single structure, a definite molecular weight, good solubility and film-forming properties, and stable film form; it has a high decomposition temperature and a relatively low sublimation temperature, and is easily sublimated into a high-purity luminescent material. It can be applied to small molecule organic light emitting diodes. The preparation method of the luminescent material of the present invention uses m-bromophenol and 2-fluoro-4-bromobenzonitrile as starting materials to obtain the intermediate of the luminescent material through a series of simple reactions, and finally through Ullmann reaction or Suzuki reaction The luminescent material is obtained with simple steps and high yield. In the organic light-emitting diode of the present invention, the light-emitting layer contains the above-mentioned light-emitting material, and has high light-emitting efficiency and stability. |
