titleOfInvention Silver Catalyzed Rearrangement of Epoxy Compounds to Synthesis of 3-Formylfuran Compounds and Its Application
abstract The invention discloses a silver-catalyzed rearrangement reaction of epoxy compounds to synthesize 3-formylfuran compounds and its application. The method uses 1-formyl-2-ethynyl oxirane compounds as raw materials and 2 ‑Dicyclohexylphosphine‑2', 6'‑dimethoxybiphenyl, AgBF 4 as a catalyst, through the rearrangement/cyclization reaction of 1‑formyl‑2‑ethynyl oxirane compounds, 3-formylfuran compounds are obtained. The invention has simple operation, mild reaction conditions, and 100% atom utilization rate, which is an atom-economical reaction, and the synthesized 3-formyl furan compound has good fluorescence performance, and can be widely used in fluorescent materials.
