abstract The invention discloses a method for processing a fastening part. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out thermal treatment on raw materials to obtain a section bar capable of being cast; (2) pickling the section bar capable of being cast to remove a layer of oxidation films on the outer surface of the section bar capable of being cast; (3) drawing wires of the oxidation-film-removed section bar capable of being cast to obtain a constant-diameter section bar; and (4) heading and rolling the constant-diameter section bar to obtain the fastening part. The method can remove one layer of the oxidization films on the surface of the section bar during processing of the fastening part.
