titleOfInvention Medical collagen dressing and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a medical collagen dressing. The dressing consists of non-woven fabric and collagen liquid. The collagen liquid contains fish skin collagen 0.1-20 wt%, chitosan 0.1-10 wt%, hyaluronic acid 0.1-10 wt% and epidermal growth factor 0.001-0.5 wt%. The collagen dressing obtained by the invention can be applied to repair of scars and pigmentation after mild and moderate inflammatory acne and laser and photon skin tendering operation, improve the microenvironment of epidermal cells, promote the metabolism of skin tissues, whiten and remove wrinkles, increase the elasticity and moisture of skin and delay aging. The raw materials used in the invention are derived from fish skin collagen, the safety is high, compared with animal collagen, the virus propagation risk and the raw material cost are reduced, the antiseptic and bacteriostatic effects are achieved by utilizing the chitosan non-woven fabric without adding an antiseptic, and the prepared collagen dressing has the advantages of wide adaptation diseases, simple preparation process, high stability of a dried product and convenient storage and transportation.
