titleOfInvention Eruca sativa seed breeding method
abstract The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to an Eruca sativa seed breeding method, comprising the steps of first, subjecting robust and full seeds to ultraviolet irradiation for 6-10 h; second, preparing a soaking liquid that is made from forchlorfenuron, indolebutyric acid, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and water according to a ratio of 10-90 mg, 50-150 mg, 6-30 mg and 1 kg; third, soaking the seeds sun-dried in first step in clear water for 3-9 h, removing, and soaking in the soaking liquid prepared in second step for 6-18 h, with the temperature held constantly at 20-30 DEG C; fourth, sprouting and sowing the seeds of third step. The Eruca sativa seed breeding method has the advantage that after the seeds are sun-dried and soaked, germination rate of the seeds is significantly increased with seedlings growing robust.
