titleOfInvention A kind of alloy electrode for skutterudite thermoelectric element and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to an alloy electrode for skutterudite thermoelectric element and a preparation method thereof. The alloy electrode is an alloy electrode deposited on both ends of the skutterudite thermoelectric element, wherein the alloy electrode is made of Ni-Mo Alloy or Ni‑W alloy, the molar percentage of Mo in Ni‑Mo alloy is 10%~40%, and the molar percentage of W in Ni‑W alloy is 5%~40%. In the present invention, the selected electrode materials are Ni(Mo) and Ni(W) alloy electrodes prepared by electroplating or electroless plating. Such alloy electrodes have good electrical conductivity, good weldability, and have small thermal expansion coefficients such as Mo and W. The material can adjust the thermal expansion coefficient of the Ni-containing electrode and reduce the thermal expansion coefficient difference between the electrode material and the skutterudite thermoelectric material.
