titleOfInvention | Biomass composite adhesive for wood material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a biomass composite adhesive for a wood material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of modified biomass micro powder, 10-50 parts of emulsifiable isocyanate and 50-150 parts of water; the preparation method of the modified biomass micro powder comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing and dispersing 5-10 wt% of ethylene glycol aqueous solution added with concentrated sulfuric acid and a stirred 60-80 mesh biomass raw material in a spraying mode, wherein the concentrated sulfuric acid, the ethylene glycol aqueous solution and the biomass raw material are 0.35-0.5 part by weight, 100-200 parts by weight and 1000 parts by weight; and then reacting the uniformly mixed and dispersed materials in an oven at 120-140 ℃ for 2-3 hr, cooling the materials, and then ball-milling until the materials pass through a 200-mesh sieve. The adhesive has relatively low preparation cost and simple synthesis process, and can be applied to gluing of wooden materials in furniture production, artificial board production, decoration construction and the like. |
