abstract | The invention discloses a kind of high-intensitive melamine resin fire retardants and preparation method thereof, include the melamine resin of 50~80 parts by weight, the dopamine hydrochloride of 4~10 parts by weight, the olefin polymer of 15~40 parts by weight, the glass fibre of 3~10 parts by weight, the inorganic filler of 12~36 parts by weight, the surfactant of 5~12 parts by weight, the acidic materials of 1~5 parts by weight and the water of 80~150 parts by weight in the high intensity melamine resin fire retardant.There is high flame retardant property, tensile property and elongation at break by using the high-intensitive melamine resin fire retardant that melamine resin, glass fibre, dopamine hydrochloride, olefin polymer, inorganic filler are prepared in the present invention, and toxic gas will not be generated, it avoids polluting the environment;Olefin polymer is reacted with DOPA amino acid salt, to improve the tensile strength of high-intensitive melamine resin fire retardant.The experimental results showed that the elongation at break of high-intensitive melamine resin fire retardant is 12.6% or more, tensile strength is in 72.6MPa or more, and limit oxygen index is 46 or more. |
