The substituted furanchalcone derivatives have the structure shown in formula (I): wherein, ring B is selected from phenyl, furyl or thienyl; R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 are each independently selected from hydrogen atom, halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, nitro, C1-C7 alkyl chain, C1-C7 alkoxy, dimethylamino or diethylamino. This product is a class of natural furochalcone analogues with a new skeleton and has potential pharmaceutical activity. The preparation of this type of compound can provide support for the research on the pharmaceutical activity of furochalcones. The preparation method has simple steps and low loss rate, and is a brand-new route for synthesizing furacalcone derivatives from non-aromatic raw materials. It is of great significance for industrial production. |
