titleOfInvention Nasal microemulsion thermosensitive gel drug delivery system and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a microemulsion temperature-sensitive gel drug delivery system for nasal use of goosebum oil and a preparation method thereof, comprising: 25-59 parts of goosebum oil, 14-56 parts of propylene glycol monolaurate, polyoxyethylene 42-84 parts of ethylene castor oil, 42-84 parts of anhydrous ethanol, 73-99 parts of poloxamer 407, 33-99 parts of poloxamer 188, and 614-680 parts of distilled water. The microemulsion temperature-sensitive gel drug delivery system for the nose of goose inedible herb oil prepared by the invention is in the form of a nano-scale microemulsion solution at room temperature. The solubility of the volatile oil in the water is improved, and the stability and the nasal bioavailability of the volatile oil are improved.
