abstract | The present invention provides a kind of method for ingredient in discriminatory analysis blattaria, specific steps include: (1) collect male imago, female adult pest, the adult that just casted off a skin, five worm states of 7-8 age nymph and 3-4 age nymph blattaria sample;(2) preparation of the blattaria sample of different worm states: ethyl acetate is handled after extracting through esterification;(3) optimization of GC-MS combination analysis condition: by the selection to injector temperature, sample volume, sample introduction mode, the GC-MS condition of ingredient in blattaria difference worm state is analyzed in optimization;(4) identify ingredient specific to the blattaria under each worm state.This method high sensitivity, separated component effect is good, and identification result is reliable and stable, has sufficiently excavated exclusive ingredient and shared ingredient in blattaria difference worm state, conducive to the research and utilization for improving blattaria. |
