titleOfInvention Esterase EstC10, and coding gene and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses esterase EstC10, and a coding gene and application thereof. The esterase gene EstC10 is cloned from Bacillus thermophilus (Bacillus sp.) CX01, the total length is 747bp, and the encoded esterase EstC10 contains 248 amino acids. The esterase gene EstC10 is connected with an expression vector pET-28 alpha (+), then transformed into Escherichia coli BL21(DE3), and cultured and induced to express to obtain the recombinant esterase EstC 10. Esterase EstC10 can catalyze ester hydrolysis, esterification and/or transesterification, esterase EstC10 is used as a catalyst to split (+/-) -2-methyl chloropropionate, and R-2-methyl chloropropionate can be prepared; esterase EstC10 is used as a catalyst to split (+/-) -methyl lactate, and D-methyl lactate can be prepared.
