abstract | The invention discloses a selenium-removing bacterial agent for selenium-containing wastewater. The bacterial strain of the bacterial agent is the sodium selenite reducing bacteria Stenotrophomonas sp.EGS12 , which is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO: M2016403. The inoculum is based on LB medium, wherein the number of bacterial cells is 1.0×10 8 ‑1.0×10 9 /mL, and the following amounts of stabilizers and reduction accelerators are added to it: glycerol 5%-10%, sucrose 1 %‑5%, Sodium Succinate 2%‑6%, Sodium Nitrate 2%‑10%, Sodium Nitrite 1%‑8%, Glutathione 0.5%‑5%. The bacterial agent can rapidly reduce most of the selenite in the selenium-containing industrial wastewater to elemental selenium within 12 hours, and remove it by natural precipitation, so that the selenium content in the wastewater is lower than the national discharge standard. The bacterial agent provided by the invention simplifies the selenium-containing wastewater treatment process, improves the wastewater treatment effect and treatment efficiency, and has broad application prospects. |
