titleOfInvention Water foaming inorganic hybrid melamine polyurethane rigid foam material and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The water-foaming inorganic hybrid melamine polyurethane rigid foam material and its manufacturing method belong to the technical field of flame-retardant polyurethane energy-saving material production and building energy conservation. Emulsifier, composite catalyst, phosphate ester flame retardant, foaming agent, such as water or water glass as the main raw materials, are stirred and dispersed to prepare combined polyether, and then foamed with isocyanate MDI on the board machine, spraying machine, and pouring machine. That is, the environment-friendly all-water foaming B1 grade flame-retardant inorganic hybrid melamine polyurethane rigid foam material of the present invention is obtained. The rigid foam material of the present invention does not contain low-boiling point hydrocarbons such as chlorofluorocarbons and hydrochlorofluorocarbons. It is foamed with water, does not destroy the ozone layer, does not produce a greenhouse effect, is environmentally friendly, and has improved flame retardancy by at least 20%. In addition to physical properties, it has excellent flame retardancy, and its oxygen index is greater than 30%.
