abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting, separating and purifying a blood fat reducing active compound quercetin-3-O-beta-D-galactoside from Nanjiang jun jujubes, which comprises the following steps: extracting blood fat reducing active substances from southern Xinjiang jun jujubes, (1-1) separating jujube meat from jujube pits; (1-2) extracting the jujube pulp by using an alcohol aqueous solution to obtain an alcohol extract solution and solid residues, and concentrating the alcohol extract solution to obtain a dry extract; (II) separating and purifying quercetin-3-O-beta-D-galactoside. The invention extracts the substances with the blood fat reducing activity from Nanjiang jun jujubes, and the mouse test shows that the substances have certain blood fat reducing activity, and the compound quercetin-3-O-beta-D-galactoside with the blood fat reducing activity is separated and purified. |
