titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method and application of TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres
abstract The invention discloses the application of TiO 2 /SiO 2 aerogel microspheres. The method includes the following steps: mixing 11ml of ethyl silicate, 16.5ml of ethanol and 3.6ml of acetic acid in a 100ml beaker, at 50° C. Stir for 30min, add 0.05g or 0.1g or 0.15g or 0.2g or 0.25g or 0.3g of TiO 2 , continue to stir for 60min, then add ammonia water to adjust pH to 8-9 and add oil phase, wherein the volume of oil phase and mixed solution The ratio is 1:1 to form a water/oil emulsion, and gradually form titanium-silicon aerogel microspheres. The gel was aged in a mixture of ethyl silicate and ethanol with a volume ratio of 1:2 for 24 hours, followed by suction filtration. Finally, the wet gel was dried under normal pressure at 40 °C for 24 hours to obtain TiO 2 / SiO2 aerogel microspheres. Under the experimental conditions of room temperature, TiO 2 content of 0.25g, TiO 2 /SiO 2 aerogel photocatalyst content of 0.5g, Rhodamine B concentration of 20mg/L, and illumination time of 5h, the target degradation product Rhodamine B is degraded. The method is simple and easy to operate.
