The invention discloses a method for in-situ generating nanometer flower-shaped manganese dioxide catalyst on a filter material. The filter material is immersed in a solution containing sodium lauryl sulfate and nitric acid, and the filter material is first treated with sodium lauryl sulfate. The surface of the filter material is modified so that the surface is wound with a charged layer, which can tightly adsorb H + in the acidic solution; then potassium permanganate is added as an oxidant to make potassium permanganate and H + on the surface of the filter material reaction, in situ generating nano flower-like manganese dioxide on the surface of the filter material, thereby preparing a composite filter material with denitrification function. Since the surface of the filter fiber is evenly coated with a layer of nano-flower-like manganese dioxide, the manganese dioxide with this shape has a larger specific surface area and higher pore volume than ordinary manganese dioxide, and It is more conducive to the diffusion of reaction gases, which makes the low-temperature activity of the catalytic filter material very excellent, and the conversion rate can reach more than 97% at 160 °C. |
