abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a modified naphthalene water reducer suitable for mud-containing aggregates, belonging to the field of concrete admixtures, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a multipolymer by using unsaturated dicarboxylic acid (anhydride), acrylamide, N-vinyl pyrrolidone and a silane coupling agent under the action of a persulfate-sodium bisulfite composite initiator; and step two, using naphthalene homologues, a multipolymer, concentrated sulfuric acid, formaldehyde and the like to prepare the modified naphthalene water reducer through four stages of sulfonation, hydrolysis, condensation and neutralization. According to the invention, hydroxyl, acylamino, siloxane and the like are introduced into the molecular structure of the water reducing agent, so that the adsorption of a clay layered structure on the naphthalene water reducing agent can be reduced, the adverse effect of the mud content of aggregate in concrete on the naphthalene water reducing agent is avoided, and the problems of insufficient water reduction, low strength and the like of concrete are solved on the premise of not increasing the mixing amount of the naphthalene water reducing agent. |
