abstract The invention discloses a method for improving the germination uniformity of oil fir in Jiangnan. The main technical parameters of the method include: (1) obtaining seeds with a high filling rate: using an electric cleaning machine for cleaning, instead of the low-efficiency soaking and floating method to remove empty seeds ; (2) Hypnotherapy: 3 ℃ ~ 5 ℃ short-term low temperature storage, break dormancy. (3) Degreasing with NaOH warm soup: Soak the seeds in continuous warm water for 4h to 5h, and then soak them in NaOH solution with a mass concentration of 1.0% to 1.5% for 16h to complete degreasing. (4) Soaking seeds in clean water and chemical treatment: soak the seeds in clean water with an initial temperature of 45-55°C for 24h-36h, and then soak the seeds with 500ppm gibberellin solution for 2h; Sprinkle on a flat sand bed with a seeding rate of 0.5-0.6kg/m 2 . By applying the method of the invention for seed treatment and germination of Chinese oil fir, the seed filling rate before sowing can reach more than 80%, the field germination rate after sowing is more than 75%, the germination time is 15 to 25 days, and the seedling emergence rate in the field is more than 70%. It greatly improves the germination uniformity of Jiangnan Chinese fir seeds and the seedling emergence rate in the field, and shortens the germination time.
