abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing tyrosine-O-sulfonate, which comprises the following steps: (1) reacting a sulfonation reagent with Fmoc protected tyrosine in the presence of a diluent and alkali to obtain a reaction solution; (2) pouring the reaction liquid obtained in the step (1) into a poor solvent, and then standing; (3) decanting the supernatant from step (2), dissolving the residue with water, and adjusting pH to weak acidity with base; (4) washing the aqueous solution obtained in the step (3) with a good solvent, and then concentrating; (5) adding a good solvent into the concentrate obtained in the step (4), stirring, filtering, adding the filtrate into a poor solvent, stirring, collecting solids, and drying to obtain solids; the method avoids the problems of long time consumption and high equipment requirement in distillation, freeze-drying and the like, greatly improves the purity by adding extraction operation in the post-treatment, avoids the use of column chromatography purification operation which is difficult to amplify, and is suitable for amplifying production, simple to operate and high in product purity. |
