The invention has the effects of increasing fluid and moistening dryness, nourishing yin and clearing heat, strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, and is used for treating constipation with symptoms of reduced defecation frequency, small quantity and hard feces, no smooth and pleasant sensation after defecation, prolonged defecation time or defecation interval time and the like. In order to better prove the good effect of the invention on constipation, the effect of the mixture on compound diphenoxylate-induced constipation mice is investigated through animal experiments, and the result shows that the mixture can promote the intestinal propulsion of the constipation mice, promote defecation, protect intestinal mucosa and improve serum SOD.
