titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method for the T cells with antigenic specificity having NK cell speciality concurrently
abstract A kind of preparation method for the T cells with antigenic specificity having NK cell speciality concurrently. The IL-15 of given dose is added by co-culturing T cell with certain proportion with the antigen presenting cell for presenting specific antigen in the present invention, thus activation and rapid amplifying specific T-cells.Resulting T cell had both maintained the specific killing power to the tumour cell for presenting antigen in cell surface, while also having NK cell speciality concurrently, expressed CD56, has the very strong non-restrictive lethality of MHC, can effectively kill the tumour cell for not expressing MHC.
