The sequences of the primer pair are respectively shown as SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO. 2. The invention overcomes the problems that PPRV pathogen is easy to degrade in the detection process of the peste des petits ruminants virus antigen, and false negative results occur because the extracted RNA cannot meet the minimum requirement of RT-PCR detection due to the limited volume of the venom to be detected in the extraction process of the pathogenic RNA, and provides an effective technical means for the detection of the peste des petits ruminants virus antigen.
