abstract |
The invention discloses a kind of protein mutant of tumor vascular endothelial cell marker 8, the fusion protein and its application in preparation treatment and/or prevention anthrax drug of the protein mutant and human serum albumins.Protein mutant disclosed by the invention significantly improves the affinity with anthrax PA antigen; it is similar to sCMG2 to the inhibitory activity of anthrax toxin; it is 100% to the rat protective rate attacked by anthrax toxin LeTx; after the protein mutant is merged with human serum albumins; nearly 10 times of its prolonged half-life in vivo, the experimental animal attacked by anthrax toxin LeTx can be protected completely in 14 days. |
