titleOfInvention | Preparation method for load tin oxide carbon hollow ball composite material |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for a load tin oxide carbon hollow ball composite material, and relates to a preparation method for a carbon hollow ball composite material. The invention solves problems that a conventional preparation method for the load tin oxide carbon hollow ball composite material is complex in technology, and is low in yield. The method comprises the steps: 1, enabling resorcinol, formaldehyde, sodium carbonate, tin chloride and water to be prepared into an aqueous phase solution; 2, enabling normal hexane and Span-80 to be prepared into an oil phase solution; 3, enabling the aqueous phase solution to be dripped into the oil phase solution, heating the mixed solution till 60-80 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 4h-48h, and obtaining a precursor; 4, washing and drying the precursor; 5, carrying out the thermal processing of the precursor under the protection of nitrogen or argon, and obtaining the load tin oxide carbon hollow ball composite material. The method is simple in technology, and the yield of carbon hollow balls is 60%-80%. The method can be used for the preparation of an electrode material of a capacitor. |
