abstract |
The invention belongs to the technical field of material surface engineering and discloses a palladium-free metallization method on the surface of ABS plastic. The method comprises the following steps: (1) ABS plastic cleaning and degreasing treatment; (2) ABS roughening treatment; (3) ABS plastic sensitization treatment; (4) ABS plastic electroless silver plating; (5) electroplating metal layer. In the metallization process of the invention, the chemical silver plating method is used to replace the traditional palladium activation process, which reduces the process cost, and the prepared metal coating has tight bonding force with the substrate. The process of the method is easy to realize, the production cost is low, and it is suitable for industrial scale production. |
